When you contact Dev404 or request an assessment, we collect the details you provide, including your name, email address, website address and message. We also keep limited technical request information to protect the form and investigate delivery problems.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, review the context you send us, manage delivery of the requested service and keep a record of the conversation. We do not use a contact request as permission to send unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in Dev404's intake system and may be sent through our email delivery provider so that the studio can respond. Access is limited to people and service providers involved in handling the request.
WhatsApp Business
If you contact Dev404 through WhatsApp Business, your number, profile details and message content are processed through WhatsApp and Meta under their applicable terms and privacy policies. We use that information only to handle the conversation and related project enquiry.
Your choices
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access to it, or ask us to correct or delete it where appropriate. Email us with enough detail to identify your request and we will respond in a reasonable manner.
